Â Bicycles a plenty for exploring the woods and trial paths. Â Relax at the end of the day on the gite's terrace with an outdoor BBQ and shaded eating area overlooking the large central courtyard.

Great time for family sharing
A wedding in the family nearby , we spent 3 days with our children , grandchildren, beautiful installed . Pretty room for everyone , fully equipped kitchen , very comfortable living room. Hough out to meet our wishes : games for children , umbrellas, ice cube trays , everything is there. And the garden , with the animals, in a very harmonious setting. Come back in the summer for the pool... Wonderful memory of a quiet place and very welcoming.

Wonderful location for a quiet holiday
This summer we spent two weeks with our sons (15 and 21) in the charming , spacious and well equipped gite of Richard and Else Stein in Mazères (just opposite Madiran). The Stein family (including Charlie!) are extremely hospitable. We were invited to a try-out concert in their house and enjoyed a splendid pizza prepared by them in the traditional italian way using a stone oven. We were given all kinds of suggestions for day-trips and great restaurants. The boys used the barn playing badminton, table-tennis, basket ball, darts etc. a lot. The swimming pool was also great and beautifully situated with a wonderful view on the countryside. In short, a recommendable accommodation!

The gite and location exceeded our expectations. Richard and Else have left no stone unturned, the accommodation was perfect and fully stocked with everything you could think of. They also were there if we needed it but left to ourselves, they just seemed to know. I would definitely recommend to my friends, in fact I already have. The gite is located in a very quiet and private location, it perfectly suited our needs of a relaxing week with excellent weather to boot. Loved it

Wieder ein sehr schöner Urlaub!
Wir waren nun schon zum dritten Mal über Pfingsten in dieser super Location. Es ist schon fast wie nach Hause kommen. die Vermieter Else und Richard waren, wie immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Obwohl unsere 2 Kinder abwechselnd krank waren, war es doch ein sehr entspannter Urlaub und keinesfalls langweilig. Auch weil Haus und Umgebung einfach super schön sind.

OMG, if you want a quiet piece of heaven, you've come to the right place!

We were looking for a relaxed week, sunbathing and just soaking up the sunshine in the beautiful French countryside. And boy, we were not disappointed! Richard and Else have thought of everything you could possibly need/want in the incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, gite. Although we were happy just to chill, Richard was very knowledgable regarding the options of what we could do locally if we wanted. The pool area (and everywhere else on the property for that matter) is finished to a very high standard and is absolutely spotless. I cannot fault this place and the incredibly welcoming family that look after you. It was a pleasure to meet these lovely people and we will return! Else, Richard, Emma, Marcus, Charlie and the menagerie.....thank you, it was wonderful X

Notre avis vient confirmer les autres avis positifs. Idéal en famille. Le gîte est très bien équipé, on y trouve tous le nécessaires de base pour tenir quelques jours avant les premières courses. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, le coin jour est bien isolé du coin nuit ce qui est très appréciable lorsque l’on vit à 2 familles. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, très sympathiques mais pas envahissants. Le lieu est superbe et il y a beaucoup de choses à faire dans les environs. Le jardin est immense, beaucoup d’espace. Nous recommandons +++ et reviendrons avec plaisir. Un merci spécial à Emma qui a si gentiment fait découvrir les animaux à nos enfants 😄
